1. Who we are

xpertalks.pro belongs to Xpert Talks, the podcast studio and show of Xpert Marketing, based in Tirana, Albania. Xpert Marketing is the controller of the data collected on this site. Contact: info@xpertmarketing.pro, +355 69 608 3888.

2. What we collect

Only what you give us through the site's forms:

• Podcast enquiry: name, company, industry, email, phone, the format, frequency, goal, budget range and timeline you choose.
• Studio booking request: name, phone, email, company, package, day and time, number of people, video and engineer choices, add-ons and notes.
• Guest application: name, role, company, email, phone, proposed topic, links and why now.
• Sponsorship and media kit: name, email, phone, brand, goal, formats, budget range and period.
• Contact form: name, email, phone, subject and message.
• Voice message: the audio recording (up to 60 seconds, 3 MB) and the contact you leave, stored only if you tick the consent box.
• Newsletter: email address.

With each form we also store the page it was sent from, the site language, the referring site and campaign tags (UTM) if the link had them, so we know which channel brought you. To prevent spam, the server keeps a hashed marker of your IP address for 10 minutes. Our hosting provider keeps technical server logs (IP address, browser, time) for security.

The logo you add in "Try your brand" is processed only in your browser and is never sent to our server.

3. Why we use it and on what basis

• To answer your request and prepare an offer, booking, guest invitation or sponsorship: your consent and steps taken before entering an agreement.
• To send the newsletter and, if you tick the optional box, new-episode alerts and offers: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse: legitimate interest.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for personalised advertising.

4. Who receives it

• Hostinger, our hosting and CDN provider, where the site and requests are stored.
• Our email inbox, which receives a notification for each request.
• Our CRM (GoHighLevel), where we manage client contacts.
• Google Fonts: your browser loads the site's fonts from Google, so Google sees your IP address.
• YouTube, only when you press play on a video (see the cookie policy).

Some of these providers process data outside Albania, including in the United States. In those cases we rely on the providers' contractual safeguards and on the requirements of Albanian law for international transfers.

6. How long we keep it

• Podcast, booking, guest, sponsor and contact requests: up to 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires longer (for example for invoicing).
• Voice messages: up to 6 months.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• IP marker for spam protection: 10 minutes.

7. Your rights

Under Albanian Law No. 124/2024 on Personal Data Protection, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@xpertmarketing.pro and we reply within 30 days.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Personal Data Protection (idp.al).

8. Security and minors

The site uses HTTPS. Requests are kept in a private admin area that only authorised people can access. Our services are aimed at adults. If you are under 16, contact us with a parent's or guardian's consent.

9. Changes

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page.
