Recording & release consent
What a guest agrees to when recording an episode of Xpert Talks. Every guest signs this consent before recording; this page explains it in plain words.
1. What we record
Your voice, image and the conversation, on audio and video, in the studio or remotely.
2. How we use it
- We publish the episode on xpertalks.pro, YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and other podcast platforms.
- We make short clips, quotes, photos and transcripts for social media, the newsletter and the website.
- We may use your name, role and photo to present the episode.
3. Editing
We edit for length and clarity without changing the meaning of what you say. If you say something by mistake (a figure, a name, something confidential), tell us during or right after the recording and we take it out.
4. Your rights
- You can share the episode and clips on your own channels.
- You can ask us to correct a factual error in the description or transcript.
- Your personal data is handled under our privacy policy.
5. Duration
Published episodes stay online as part of the show's archive. If you have a serious reason to ask for removal, write to info@xpertmarketing.pro and we will look at it case by case.
